Scenic/SL Holidays herein called “Scenic Holidays”.  Every time you use or read the web site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed all the terms and conditions.

All air ticket, tour package or hotel prices are subject to various charges and taxes which are not shown, such as: fuel surcharges, Canadian air transportation tax, departure tax and goods and services tax (GST).  In addition, for any tax increase, new taxes or mandatory fees that may be collected prior to or at time of payment for air tickets.


Scenic Holidays reserves the right to cancel or change any prices, packages or tours without prior notice.  Also, Scenic Holidays shall have the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies at any time before or after your transaction without incurring any liability to you.


In most cases, apply to children 2 - 11 years of age, infant 0 – 2 years of age.  However, the applicable ages may vary by airlines.  For your information, travel agency does not guarantee a seat or check – in baggage for the infant on any airline.


Scenic Holidays must receive full payment no later than the payment schedule set out by Scenic Holidays or Airlines or suppliers.  If fail to make the payment on time will result in the automatic cancellation of your booking. 


For credit card payment, please provide us your client’s original credit card charge form with imprint the credit card number with expiry date, card holder name, passenger name, charge details and the charging amount.  Of course, the charge form must be signed by cardholder.  In the event that a cardholder disputes or refuses to honour such charges, the travel agency will be held responsible for all outstanding charges and all the charge back fees plus Scenic Holidays an administration service fee of CAD $30.00.


Scenic Holidays acts only as an agent and/or intermediary for independent suppliers.  As a result, Scenic Holidays will not be held responsible for any failure in Travel documents, visa, sickness, injury, damage, loss, delay, accidents, weather, earthquakes, tornado, strikes and war. Also, Scenic Holidays accepts no responsibility for any additional expenses (due to mistake/error done by carriers, agents, tours or package suppliers), such as extra nights of hotel, meal, transportation, damaged/lost/stolen baggage, laundry or other personal expenses.  Therefore, we strongly recommend that client purchases comprehensive travel insurance upon booking.
